1.Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NFL GM Simulator (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2.Unofficial status disclaimer

NFL GM Simulator is an independent, unofficial simulation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the National Football League (NFL), any of its member clubs, or any related organization. All simulations, grades, and evaluations produced by the Service are fictional outputs of the platform and do not represent the views, decisions, or performance of any real team or front office.

3.Use of team names, logos, and branding

Team names, logos, and related branding that appear in the Service are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. No sponsorship, endorsement, or association with the trademark owners is claimed or implied.

4.Use of player names and data

Player names, statistical information, and biographical data may be referenced within the Service for informational and identification purposes. Such references do not imply any endorsement by, or affiliation with, any player, agent, or players' association.

5.Data sources and accuracy

Information presented in the Service is aggregated from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that rosters, contracts, statistics, rankings, or other data are complete, current, or error-free. The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Do not rely on the Service for wagering, financial, or other consequential decisions.

6.User accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its networks, or circumvent access restrictions and plan limits.

8.Free and Pro plans

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Current plan differences include:

9.Subscription and billing

Payment and pricing

Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. The price, billing period, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by contacting us through our Customer Support page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep Pro access until then, and you will not be charged again. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, billed after cancelling — contact us through our Customer Support page within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct billing errors. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction, including any applicable cooling-off or withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU or UK.

Your saves stay yours

Cancelling Pro does not delete your data. Your franchise saves remain on your account and viewable on the Free plan; features exclusive to Pro simply pause until you resubscribe. Downgrading never erases your saved simulations.

10.Modifications to the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, plan limits, and content. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription includes, we will provide reasonable notice.

11.Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, and original content — is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service. This section does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks referenced in the Service, which remain the property of their respective owners.

12.Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
